About Conroys Nursery

We are a small family-run business operating in Washington state, selling native plants by mail order.

The family-run Conroys Nursery started as a way to promote and sell plants native to the Pacific Northwest. The founder spent much of his teenage years roaming through the forests of Oregon and learning about the plants he found there, from the ubiquitous Douglas Fir to the rare Lady's Slipper. Over time he spent time learning how to propagate and care for native plants. Prior to 2022, specimens were given away to friends and family as gifts, but the stock of some plants became too great and it was decided to start selling them to the general public.
